Our pickup points
At La Folle aux Plantes, all orders are picked up at our local pickup points.
Simply choose your pickup point when placing your order. You will receive a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
How pickups work
Orders are delivered to our pickup points every Monday.
Order deadline:
For a pickup on Monday, your order must be placed by Sunday at 3 PM at the latest. Any order placed after this time will be prepared for the following Monday.
Pickup fees
- $5 for orders under $30
- Freefor orders of $30 and over
Pickup deadline
Once your order is ready, you have 3 weeks to come and pick it up at your pickup point.
After this deadline
If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled and refunded, with a 35% restocking fee.
